New IEF Board members and corporate review

One key objective for IEF over the past twelve months has been to strengthen our Foundation’s Governance. As part of this, we have appointed five new members to the IEF Board. In no particular order, we are delighted to introduce Dr. Stephen Duns (Director), Nicole Murphy (Director), Tri Duc Nguyen (Director), Greg Heath (Director), and Andrew Lunardi (Secretary), who bring with them a diverse wealth of experience and leadership.

In addition, IEF contracted the services of Ashurst International law firm (pro-bono department) to conduct a corporate review of our organisation. Ashurst provided us with memorandum of advice statements outlining specific areas for compliance and operational improvement in both Australia and Indonesia. As a result, we have further strengthened our Foundation’s legal framework, reporting systems and accountability.
