We are proud to announce the release of our latest Annual Report, showcasing another impactful year dedicated to supporting Indigenous-led cultural & ecological education opportunities for communities in the Asia-Pacific region.
This year’s report reflects not only our continued commitment to transparency and accountability but also the tangible outcomes made possible through the trust and support of our donors, partners, and community members. From expanding access to culturally relevant learning resources, to empowering local educators, to supporting community-led infrastructure initiatives, this year has marked a significant chapter in our mission.
One of the things we’re most proud to share is our financial stewardship: 97% of all income went directly to our partner organisations, ensuring that nearly every dollar we received helped support on-the-ground initiatives that directly benefit Indigenous learners, educators, and communities. The remaining 3% of essential operational costs were fully funded by our Board of Directors, demonstrating our leadership’s deep commitment to maximising the impact of every external contribution.
Empowering the Next Chapter
As we build on this momentum, our future promises to be one of growth and deeper collaboration. Our key priorities for the next 12 months include:
- Expanding Our Reach: Supporting our partners to scale successful education models to new regions and communities.
- Strengthening Cultural Curriculum: Continuing to work with our partners to develop and deliver learning materials grounded in Indigenous knowledge and languages.
- Forging New Partnerships: Building relationships with like-minded organisations, institutions, and supporters to amplify impact.
- Enhancing Impact Measurement: Improving how we track and communicate the outcomes of our work, ensuring every effort is guided by evidence and community insight.

Good afternoon, I came across the Volunteer CEO position on Ethnical Jobs.com.
While I don’t want to apply for the position as I am recently retired and plan to travel next year for 3 months. I would like to offer to be a volunteer in any other compacity that my skills may be useful.
I am currently mentoring a senior manager, and I have over 40 years’ experience in community services including as CEO and in senior managers roles. I am passionate about ‘outcomes-based accountability’ framework also known as Results Based Accountability. This framework is used in many countries to demonstrate outcomes. And after reading your Annual Report I was inspired re mention of your ‘Impact language’. I have had success throughout my career in gaining government funding for innovative programs, projects and services including for/with Indigenous communities.
If you feel I can contribute to what sounds like an incredible organisation please contact me.
